This Tuscan-style olive oil is made in small production using seven varieties of olives all grown in the Carneros region of the Napa Valley. The blend has an aroma of freshly mowed grass, green almond, and fruitiness with a robust flavor of fresh artichoke, black pepper and green tea. The 2011–2012 harvest is certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
