Like Brillat Savarin and Gres Champenois, Delice de Bourgogne is a Brie-type cheese with an extraordinary richness due to its crème-fraiche enrichment. But none is as exceedingly melty as Delice de Bourgogne. It’s a tasty mélange of buttery, mushroomy, and salty-mineral flavors.
